Department

Our
Prototype Fabrication Department has accumulated more
than 10 years of experience. In order to allow low
volume with maximum flexibility and considering the
short life-cycle of electronic products, we use
a Laser Cutting Machine, Computer-Controlled Press,
and Computer-Controlled Press Brake to produce the
temporary die to make the first sample. After your
confirmation, we produce a small quantity
which aims to save your die cost, shorten the product
development circulation time, and introduce your
product into the market quickly to win the competitive
advantage for you.

software is complete which includes PRO/E, SOLIDWORK,

Equipment |
A. Laser Cutting Machine:This
machine is used to cut all kinds of materials in
any shape. The overall computer-controlled automatic
management ensures a rapid and precise
operation.
B. NCT Computer-Controlled Press Machine:
It
possesses several hundred blades with different shapes
to meet your multiple demands. It has a higher speed and
a lower price compared with counterparts in the
industry.
C. Computer-Controlled Press Brake:
There
are several Computer-Controlled Press Brake Units used
for both large-sized and small-sized prototypes. With
complete blades and high technical standards, they
handle complex products. There's no need for outer
packs, which ensures a quicker production
process.
D. Tapping Machine: We
have a Full Automatic Tapping Machine in the
factory designed with coordinated efforts by the
engineers of our Prototype Fabrication Department. It is
designed precisely and can be operated by several
workers simultaneously, which ensures shorter working
times and better meets your
demands.
E. Deburring Machine This
machine can handle the burrs of products and stamp the
surface of prototypes to make lines according to your
request.
